We have recently undergone an urgent SSL provider update for our API Services which have resulted in unseen downtime for our internal SSL connections. A few of the clients might have experienced these SSL connection errors during the provider switch which lasted from about 2021-11-16 12am EST to 2021-11-16 9am EST.
