We are currently experiencing an outage due to Bing services being down. It’s a global outage affecting a large number of MSFT services. It’s affecting Ad delivery as well as reporting. We will update once we have more information.
Our Engineering team has fixed the reporting service issues with our upstream partner and all the services are back up to normal. If you are still seeing discrepancies in reporting please reach out to your Account Manager.
